Wine Wednesday: Argyle Pinot Noir 2014

wine-36

Argyle Pinot Noir is an honest representation of Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley. Fermented entirely in small lots, and blended for purity, this wine combines red and dark cherry, while offering spicy forest floor and hints of black tea.

The palate is lively and graceful, building density and focus as the silky tannins build into the long, energetic finish.

Wine Spectator gives this wine 90 points.  It’s not exactly inexpensive at about $26, but so well worth it!

5 corks We give the 2014 Argyle Pinot Noir wine a whopping five corks on our five cork scale! Perfect score!
