Meet Crystal and Ruckus! Our FURRY FRIENDS of the WEEK! (7/15/10)

Crystal is an unbelievably sweet, lovable 6-year-old Pit Bull that came to us as a result of a recent cruelty investigation. For Crystal, a perfect day would include time outside, butt scratches, and playing. Once she gets playing, her goofy attitude comes right out and the zoomies take over! She is a gentle soul that enjoys spending time with people and the staff and volunteers here can’t say enough good things about this amazing girl. 

Ruckus is a 10-year-old female cat who is friendly, playful, affectionate and quiet. Her RISPCA page says “Don’t let my name fool you, my days of causing a ruckus are behind me! Nowadays I prefer napping in a nice warm sunny spot or knocking everything off your dresser. I’m still as playful as a cat half my age though! You may also have noticed that I happen to be missing my tail! It doesn’t cause me any pain, and the humans here think that it makes my butt even more adorable! I have lived with other cats and even dogs in my past, but I would need a proper introduction to any resident furry friends. I would really prefer to live in a calm, quiet, adult only home.”
